Capital Markets Change Consultant

Location: Dubai (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Capital Markets | Type: Permanent

Help shape meaningful change across global capital markets organisations.

The Role

As a Capital Markets Change Consultant, you’ll partner with leading financial institutions to deliver complex change initiatives that improve how organisations operate, adapt, and grow. You’ll work across strategy, operating model, and regulatory-driven change, supporting clients through transformation with clarity, structure, and care.

What You’ll Do

• Support end-to-end change initiatives across capital markets programmes, from design through to implementation
• Work with client stakeholders to define change impacts, readiness plans, and adoption strategies
• Translate complex regulatory, operational, and business requirements into practical change deliverables
• Contribute to governance, planning, and delivery activities across multiple workstreams
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure change outcomes are embedded and sustainable
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting change or transformation initiatives within capital markets or financial services
• Exposure to operating model change, regulatory programmes, or large-scale business transformation
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across varied seniority levels
• Structured approach to problem-solving with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a consulting environment
• Fluency in Arabic

• Experience working within consulting or client-facing roles
• Familiarity with change management methodologies or frameworks
• Exposure to front, middle, or back-office capital markets functions
• Experience working on regional or global programmes
