Your Mission

The C&SP Regional Strategic Account Program Lead – International plays a critical role in enabling the success of strategic customer accounts by translating account strategies into actionable programs and execution plans. This is a highly strategic, fluid, and dynamic role that requires exceptional business acumen, cross-functional leadership, and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to Strategic Account Executives (SAEs), driving accountability, alignment, and execution across multiple business functions. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly and responsibilities can range from partnering with Legal on contract-related matters, to forecasting supply chain requirements, to preparing executive-level customer briefings.

Strategic Account Execution

  • Partner closely with Strategic Account Executives (SAEs) to convert account strategies into executable plans, programs, and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop, lead, and govern strategic account programs aligned with customer objectives and business priorities.
  • Drive execution across multiple workstreams while ensuring alignment to the overall account strategy.
  • Monitor progress, identify obstacles, and implement corrective actions to maintain momentum and achieve desired outcomes.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate effectively with Sales, Legal, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership teams.
  • Build and leverage strong internal networks to navigate complex organizational structures and accelerate decision-making.
  • Influence stakeholders without direct authority while driving accountability for commitments and deliverables.
  • Provide coaching, support, and guidance to cross-functional partners while maintaining high standards of performance and ownership.

Risk Management & Problem Solving

  • Anticipate potential risks, identify gaps, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Navigate ambiguity and complex challenges while maintaining focus on customer and business outcomes.
  • Make informed decisions and recommendations in rapidly changing environments.

Customer Engagement & Executive Communication

  • Independently lead customer meetings, executive reviews, workshops, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Facilitate conference calls, virtual engagements, and in-person presentations with confidence and professionalism.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level customer briefings and internal leadership presentations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and customer teams.

Data-Driven Planning & Communication

  • Utilize data, analytics, and insights to develop compelling business recommendations and executive messaging.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and presentations that clearly communicate program performance, risks, opportunities, and business impact.
  • Support demand planning and forecasting activities to ensure alignment between customer needs and operational capabilities.

About You

  • Program Leadership:Proven ability to develop and govern programs aligned with strategic account direction.
  • Customer Facing Experience: Significant experience independently leading customer meetings, executive reviews, workshops, or strategic engagements.
    • Demonstrated comfort facilitating conference calls, delivering in‑person presentations, and appearing on camera for virtual customer or internal engagements.
    • Data Driven Communication: Skilled at using data and analytics to create clear, compelling messages for internal stakeholders and customer-facing engagements.
    • Digital Proficiency: Strong digital fluency, including dashboards, analytics, and digital collaboration tools.
    • Data Center Knowledge: Foundational understanding of data centers and associated systems/equipment.
    • Strategic Acumen: Strong understanding of business and commercial terms used in strategic account planning.
