Campaign And Media Analyst

Role purpose:

To support the execution of brand campaigns and media deployments by coordinating timelines, materials, and cross-team alignment. The role ensures campaigns are delivered on time, assets are prepared correctly, and coordination between Brand, Media, and external partners is seamless.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Support planning and execution of all major campaigns across prepaid, postpaid, MBB, and enterprise.
• Track campaign timelines and ensure readiness before launch.
• Coordinate internal approvals and material flow.
• Liaise with Media team to ensure alignment between campaign messaging and media deployment.
• Support preparation and validation of campaign assets for media use.
• Ensure all materials are delivered to media partners on time.
• Maintain organized repository of campaign assets and versions.
• Ensure correct and latest assets are used across all channels.
• Track campaign deliverables and status updates.
• Coordinate with Brand, Media, Sponsorship, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Support alignment meetings and follow-ups
• Maintain campaign tracker with timelines, deliverables, and status.
• Support post-campaign documentation and reporting preparation.
