Job Summary:

We are looking for a Camp Boss with experience in the construction industry to oversee all aspects of camp management for our construction projects. The Camp Boss will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the camp facilities and catering to the needs of all camp residents.

Job Responsibility

• Manage day-to-day operations of the camp facilities, including accommodation, catering, and recreational areas
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure all camp residents needs are met
• Supervise camp staff and ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures
• Maintain inventory of supplies and oversee procurement of necessary items
• Enforce safety and security measures within the camp premises
• Handle any issues or complaints raised by camp residents in a professional and timely manner
  
  

• UAE/MOFA attested bachelors degree in related fields
• Proven experience as a Camp Boss in the construction industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Willingness to live on-site at the camp premises if required
• Ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions to ensure camp operations run smoothly
