We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and greet customers with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and exceed expectations.

  • Handle customer complaints with empathetic listening and effective resolution strategies.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and organization.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
  • Meet personal/customer service team targets by adhering to workflow procedures and policies.
  • Keep detailed records of all interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve a cohesive and supportive work environment.
  • Continually enhance knowledge of company products, services, and processes.
  • Identify and escalate priority cases where immediate attention is required.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing improvements and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a call center representative.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills essential.
  • Proficient with customer management software and call center equipment preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
