Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide insightful assistance promptly.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and elevate complex cases as necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our system.
  • Deliver support and service excellence consistent with company standards.
  • Identify and escalate issues to relevant departments when immediate solutions are not feasible.
  • Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and department goals.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to customers to ensure issues are resolved completely.
  • Provide feedback and contribute to the development of customer service procedures.
  • Strive to meet contact center qualitative and quantitative targets and goals.
  • Participate in training and engage in knowledge sharing sessions regularly.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and direct calls to sales teams when necessary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Call Center Executive or similar role in customer service.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and a proactive attitude to challenges.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Proficient in computer use and experience with CRM systems is beneficial.
  • Flexibility to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
