Furless Permanent is a leading provider of permanent hair removal solutions, committed to delivering exceptional customer service. We are establishing an in-house call center and looking for enthusiastic and motivated call center agents to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and service requests.
Interact with customers over various communication mediums including phone, email, social media channels (Instagram, Facebook), and WhatsApp.
Provide accurate information regarding services, promotions, and available appointments.
Schedule and confirm client appointments efficiently to maximize branch availability.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns or complaints professionally.
Assist in resolving client issues and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
Coordinate with operational team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers.
Achieve performance targets, including client conversion rates, customer retention, and service quality.
Requirements
Fluent in both English and Arabic (verbal and written).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle customer queries in a calm, professional manner.
Previous call center experience is preferred. Medical industry exposure is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus) and Call Center Systems (Ziwo experience is a plus).
Flexible and able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
