Responsibilities

  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Manage incoming calls and comprehend customers’ problems effectively and swiftly.
  • Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes efficiently and accurately.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets set by management.
  • Collaborate with other departments if necessary to address customer needs fully.
  • Stay updated on product information and communicate with customers clearly and effectively.
  • Participate in training and workshops to improve service technology and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred for advanced roles.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities are essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and telephone systems is significantly beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and innovate solutions.
