  • Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company's customer relationship management system.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or personnel for resolution.
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics and call quality standards.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company initiatives.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction and proper issue resolution.
  • Handle complaints, provide suitable solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers and colleagues.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining customer confidentiality and data security.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to promote company products and services when appropriate.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and call center software.
  • Exceptional time management skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
