Busway Offer Marketing Manager

We are looking for Busway Offer Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Busway offer strategy, positioning, competitive analysis, value proposition and GTM plans.
• Support product launches, marketing content, training materials, presentations and partner enablement.
• Manage portfolio lifecycle: reference creation, documentation, certifications, and pricing inputs.
• Review tender specifications, prepare quotations and required technical/commercial submissions.
• Coordinate full order cycle: order booking, factory & OPC follow-up, production tracking, dispatch readiness, logistics, LC/invoice documentation, and expediting when needed.
• Maintain Busway project pipeline and enquiry/order tracking tools.
• Act as point of contact for customers/partners during execution: site queries, technical clarifications, installation support.
• Handle warranty claims, escalate quality issues to factories and ensure closure.
• Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, MARCOM and Global Busway teams to secure smooth execution and business growth.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in Busway systems, LV distribution, data center solutions, or related fields.
• Experience in designing busbar components, ACB panels, Tap-Off units, or project engineering preferred.
• Strong analytical and product management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality standards, and installation practices.
• Experience in forecasting, demand planning, or process improvement is an advantage.
