The LV Busway Business Development Engineer is responsible for driving the growth and market penetration of Low Voltage Busway systems within the GCC region. This role combines technical expertise in electrical power distribution with strategic business development to expand sales channels, develop partnerships, and support key projects in commercial, industrial, infrastructure and data center markets.

What You’ll Do

• Business Development and Market Growth
• Develop and execute regional growth strategies for LV busway systems
• Identify new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, infrastructure and data center segments
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements
• Build and maintain a strong project piupeline and forecast sales performence
  
  

• Partner & Channel Developments
• Identify, recruit and develop channel partners
• Provide partner training on LV busway, applications and value propositions
• Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with company objectives
  
  

• Technical & Application Support
• Provide technical consultation on LV busway system design and application
• Support consultants, contractors and end users with system selectionand specifications
• Conduct product presentations and technical workshops
  
  

• Internal Collaboration
• Work closely with sales and marketing
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Electronics Engineering
• 5+ Years of Techno-Commercial experience in LV busway systems

• In depth knowledge of LV busway systems
• Excellent communication skills, commercial acumen and and problem solving abilities.
