As a Business Support Manager - Operational Excellence, you will identify, develop, implement, and continuously review business process improvements across assigned business areas. You will drive operational excellence by enhancing efficiency, improving performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and delivering projects that support the achievement of strategic and operational objectives

In this role, you will

  • Lead business process improvement initiatives, aligning operations with industry best practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and KPI performance through a data-driven approach.
  • Identify and deliver cost-saving, productivity, and operational efficiency opportunities supported by business analysis and evidence-based recommendations.
  • Drive cross-functional strategic improvement projects, including resource planning, financial analysis, long-term planning, and operational optimisation.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor business improvement programmes, applying best-practice methodologies and innovative solutions.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify improvement opportunities, facilitate workshops, and ensure delivery of agreed action plans.
  • Develop, maintain, and oversee project plans, business cases, and recommendations to support informed decision-making and successful project delivery.
  • Build a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and provide guidance to teams implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Engage and influence key stakeholders across the business to drive corporate initiatives, share best practices, and promote cost-saving strategies.
  • Review, redesign, and implement business processes, ensuring documentation reflects new ways of working and delivers measurable operational benefits.
  • Conduct process audits to validate implementation, maximise project benefits, and ensure financial and operational objectives are achieved.
  • Support change management activities across dnata Catering & Retail's global businesses to ensure the successful adoption of business transformation initiatives.

Qualification

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years’ experience in In-Flight Catering
  • Willingness to travel globally up to 60% of the time.
  • Strong knowledge of business process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven project and programme management experience, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience leading process improvement and business transformation projects.
