Business Structuring Legal Advisor

The main responsibilities of this role will include:

• Provide expert legal consultation to multinational clients on legal structures, regulatory obligations and operational matters.
• Draft and Review Commercial Contracts.
• Promote, negotiate, and close deals for Company setup and B2G projects on behalf of clients (company registration, PRO services, etc.) based on their needs.
• Generate and cultivate leads through networking and market research.
• Conduct client assessments and gather business/regulatory information to develop tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements.
• Formulate tailored recommendations and solutions, considering the client’s goals, capabilities, and constraints, and present well-justified proposals.
• Oversee flawless project execution of approved proposals.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and timely invoicing.
• Support issue resolution and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify and recommend additional Bizzmosis services that can enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support the client’s long-term business growth.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, frameworks, and regulatory changes
• Represent the company professionally at events and on digital platforms.

Education: Degree in law

Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in the corporate/ legal services industry in the UAE
• Proven post-qualification legal practice
• Proven experience in commercial contracts drafting, business legal structures formations in Central European/ common law.

• Knowledge of B2G services such as company and product registration, PRO services, and regulatory requirements and benefits of various government licenses
