The Business Solutions Partner – Commercial Systems plays a key role in enabling the commercial engine of SARA Group’s Building Materials Group (BMG) across Retail showrooms, Projects, Distribution, and Specifications. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology — partnering closely with commercial teams while owning and evolving core systems such as CRM, ERP, and CPQ. You will work across UAE and KSA, staying close to the field to understand real business needs and translating them into scalable, efficient, and impactful solutions. Success in this role comes from being both technically strong and deeply business-minded, with the ability to influence, simplify, and drive meaningful change.


What You’ll Do

Field Engagement & Business Understanding

  • Spend time with teams across UAE and KSA — including showroom visits, site visits, specs discussions, and customer meetings — to understand real commercial challenges and opportunities.
  • Translate field insights into system and process improvements that enhance how teams work and serve customers.
  • Act as a trusted partner to business teams, staying close to daily operations and workflows.

Systems Ownership & Roadmap

  • Own and drive the CRM, ERP, and CPQ roadmap for BMG.
  • Shape quoting flows, pricing logic, pipeline visibility, and commercial workflows.
  • Continuously enhance systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
  • Monitor SaaS updates and new capabilities, evaluating their relevance and value to the business.

ERP Modernization & Process Redesign

  • Play a key role in the ERP modernization program.
  • Support process mapping, requirement gathering, and fit-gap analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies, best practices, and AI capabilities.
  • Contribute to designing scalable, future-ready commercial processes.

Project & Change Management

  • Build and manage structured project plans, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Lead and facilitate steering meetings, tracking progress and ensuring delivery.
  • Drive adoption and change management across business teams.
  • Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.

Training & Adoption

  • Develop training and onboarding programs for CRM, ERP, and CPQ systems.
  • Drive system adoption across sales, showroom, and specifications teams.
  • Ensure consistent usage of tools and alignment with defined processes.
  • Support teams in maximizing the value of digital tools and platforms.

Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Improve customer lifecycle data quality and governance.
  • Enhance reporting structures to support decision-making.
  • Translate data into actionable insights that support commercial performance.
  • Track and monitor KPIs such as quote turnaround time, win rate, pricing accuracy, lead quality, and sales cycle efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence

  • Translate business challenges into clear technical requirements, supported by process maps and user stories.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, commercial, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Build strong relationships and credibility with stakeholders across BMG.
  • Influence decision-making using structured thinking, data, and clear communication.


What You Should Bring

  • 3+ years of experience working with CRM, ERP, CPQ, sales operations, or commercial systems.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, systems thinking, and process improvement.
  • Experience in project management and delivering cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience supporting or improving sales, showroom, or customer workflows.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to travel across UAE and KSA to stay close to the business.
