Business Setup And PRO Lead

We’re experiencing rapid growth in both client base and team, which now comprises around 500 people across our offices worldwide. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for more bright minds who are excited to make a real impact by solving complex problems.

What to expect:

We are hiring a mid-level, hands-on Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage end-to-end company incorporation, visa processing, government liaison, and post-incorporation registrations across Mainland Dubai and multiple UAE Free Zones.

This is an operationally intensive role requiring field visits, authority coordination, and strong knowledge of UAE incorporation systems.

What you'll do:

1.) Market & Client Insights (Strategic Ownership)

• Stay up to-date with UAE incorporation and secretarial industry trends - regulatory shifts, jurisdictional positioning and competitor offerings.
• Understand what entrepreneurs and SME clients are looking for when choosing jurisdiction, structure and translate them into recommendations and guidance for clients and for the business.
• Proactively initiate process playbooks based on different jurisdictions.
• Support Sales and Onboarding teams with nurturing and advising clients.

2.) Company Incorporation & Secretarial Services (Abu Dhabi Mainland and UAE Free Zones)

• Handle end-to-end company incorporation across:
• UAE Free Zones (DIFC, ADGM, DMCC, RAKEZ, etc.)
• Dubai Mainland (DED Dubai)
• Abu Dhabi Mainland (DED Abu Dhabi)
• Coordinate name reservation, initial approvals, activity code confirmation, drafting and coordination of MOA/AOA, Notary, Ejari and license issuance and / or amendments.
• Maintain statutory registers, manage resolution preparation and minutes, handle share management changes and liaise with registered agents, where applicable.
• Handle post incorporation registrations - UBO filing, license renewals etc.
• Own end-to-end visa and immigration processing - investor and employee visas, establishment cards, immigration file openings, entry permits, medical tests, Emirates ID and visa stamping.

3.) Government & Authority Liaison

• Regular government office visits and managing escalations.
• Relationship management with key authorities.
• Staying updated on regulatory changes.
• Act as primary liaison with Free Zones, ICP, MOHRE, Notary Public, Chamber of Commerce, Federal Tax Authority etc.

4.) Client, Team & Internal Coordination

• Clearly communicate requirements & timelines to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deliverables.
• Maintain organized documentation records.
• Escalate incomplete or suspicious documentation.
• Build and manage the UAE secretarial services as the function scales (PRO, Coordinators etc.).

Who you are:

• 3–6+ years UAE PRO experience.
• Strong experience with mainland & at least 2–3 free zones.
• Hands-on visa processing experience.
• Familiarity with:
• DET / DED portals.
• Free zone portals.
• ICP / GDRFA / MOHRE systems.
• MOA amendment process.
• Notarisation procedures.
• Experience handling foreign shareholders including corporates.
• Prior exposure to working with sales / client advisory and not just process execution, is a strong plus.
