Job Description
A Business Setup Advisor (Russian speaking) is responsible for assisting clients in establishing their businesses in a specific market. They should have a deep understanding of the local regulations, licensing requirements, and market conditions. The Advisor should be able to advise clients on the best business structures, help them navigate the legal processes, and provide support throughout the setup process. Fluent Russian language skills are required to communicate effectively with Russian-speaking clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in determining the most suitable business structure.
- Advise clients on licensing requirements and registration processes.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Provide guidance on legal and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare business plans and financial projections.
- Coordinate with government agencies and third-party service providers.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Provide ongoing support to clients after the business setup.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Fluency in Russian and English languages.
- Proven experience in business setup advisory or a similar role.
- Knowledge of local regulations and licensing requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
