As a Business Set-up Advisor Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the intricate process of establishing their businesses effectively and efficiently. This role requires extensive knowledge of the legal, strategic, and operational aspects of business formation. You will lead a team of advisors and collaborate with various departments to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and personalized advice tailored to their unique needs. Your primary goal will be to streamline the business setting process, minimize bureaucratic hurdles, and maximize client satisfaction. This position demands excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a client-focused approach.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of business setup advisors to achieve target objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline the business setup processes effectively.
  • Ensure all client interactions are handled professionally and efficiently for optimal satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global business laws and regulations impacting business setup.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate business operation smoothness.
  • Oversee the preparation and completion of all necessary legal documentation for clients.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members on latest market practices.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and regulatory authorities to expedite approvals.
  • Monitor client projects from inception to completion ensuring completion within tight deadlines.
  • Analyze market trends to provide insightful recommendations to clients in various industries.
  • Resolve client issues efficiently, maintaining a high level of client trust and reliability.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create attracting proposals for prospective clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field.
  • Proven experience of five years minimum in a business advisory role.
  • Strong understanding of global and local business start-up regulations and practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients.
  • Analytical skills to interpret and apply market and regulatory insights effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficiency with business software tools and a quick adapter to new technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
