As a Business Set Up Advisor Manager, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the journey of entrepreneurs and businesses embarking on establishing themselves in new locations and markets. Your extensive knowledge of business regulations, strategic guidance, and management skills will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless setup process. This role requires a blend of advisory skills, strategic planning, and leadership abilities to guide a team of setup advisors. You will engage with clients from diverse industries, helping them navigate through their business setup plans, regulatory requirements, and initial operational strategies. Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of business setup advisors to deliver outstanding client services.
  • Guide clients on legal, financial, and compliance frameworks essential for setup.
  • Develop and implement business strategies tailored to individual client needs.

  • Ensure all business setup procedures are aligned with local regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in business advisory or setup roles.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with managing teams in a business environment.
  • In-depth understanding of business laws and compliance in various jurisdictions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for strategic business planning.
