The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) plays a pivotal role in fostering and nurturing the strategic relationships between a company and its clients. Tasked with improving communication and ensuring mutual business goals are aligned, a BRM acts as the bridge for strategic engagement, facilitating collaboration across various stakeholders. This ensures business objectives are met with shared value creation. The specific role of a BRM involves understanding the customer’s business strategy, translating it into business needs, and working closely with service delivery teams to ensure these needs are met efficiently. Additionally, a BRM consistently identifies opportunities for growth and presents value-driven solutions to both existing and potential clients. Highly skilled in negotiation, strategic planning, and relationship management, the BRM ensures engagements result in win-win scenarios, aligning with the company’s broader strategic aims.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Facilitate regular communication between business units and service delivery teams.
  • Identify and assess client challenges to propose viable business solutions.

  • Develop strategic relationship management frameworks and operational plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required.
  • Minimum of five years experience in business relationship management or equivalent.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Proven track record of successful relationship management with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex client needs into actionable business strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative, value-driven results.
  • Proficiency in relationship management software and CRM tools is essential.
