What Will You Be Doing in the Driver’s Seat?

• Architect the Experience
• Craft the blueprint for the Cars24 Car Wash identity, from service quality to the smell of the finished car.
• Build a Rockstar Partner Network
• Find, vet, and onboard the UAE’s best wash partners.
• Make them better.
• Make them fall in love with Cars24 standards.
• Design a Hero Fulfilment Journey
• Create tracking, communication, experience touchpoints, and quality checks that feel premium.
• Customers don’t just get a clean car, they get peace of mind.
• Bring the Brand to Life
• Translate Cars24’s bold, confident brand into service rituals, SOPs, training, and customer moments.
• Scale the Machine
• Turn 1 wash into 1,000.
• Then into 10,000.
• Make operational excellence your superpower.

• You are the CEO of this business line.
• Revenue, cost, margins, P&L, forecasting—it’s yours.
  
  

• Experience in building and scaling operations from the ground up (0 → 1).
• Proven ability to design and implement customer experience blueprints.
• Experience in partner/vendor management: finding, vetting, onboarding, and improving service partners.
• Strong understanding of creating and managing end-to-end fulfillment journeys, including tracking, communication, and quality checks.
• Ability to translate brand values into operational SOPs, training, and customer touchpoints.
• Experience in scaling operations efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L, revenue, costs, margins, and forecasting.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, able to motivate and inspire a high-performance team.
