What will you be doing at MBRF?
Develop and maintain regional business intelligence routines, dashboards, and automated reports focused on MENA trade, export, import, and sales performance indicators for CFR Business Unit, addressing the different needs of the business.
Transform centralized export and trade datasets into actionable regional insights tailored to MENA business requirements and commercial priorities.
Generate detailed analytical reports, highlights, and executive summaries for monthly and weekly business reviews, focusing on trends, opportunities, risks, and performance deviations relevant to the region.
Build and customize analytical models, templates, dashboards, and reporting solutions according to evolving business needs and management requests.
Consolidate and analyze information from multiple internal and external data sources.
Develop importer-level, customer-group, category, and market analyses to improve visibility of commercial dynamics, competitor movements and regional trends.
Support the management of CFR performance routines through data consolidation, monitoring, reporting, and analytical support.
Support short-term planning and operational routines, including sales monitoring, demand visibility, sales adherence analysis, and OTC reporting support.
Support BDMs and Commercial leadership through ad-hoc scenario analysis and business insights.
Enhance reporting efficiency and visualization capabilities through automation initiatives, integration of data sources, and continuous improvement of reporting processes.
Prepare presentations, dashboards, and analytical materials for management meetings, commercial reviews, and executive discussions.
Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
What kind of profile are we looking for?
Strong analytical and business intelligence capabilities.
Advanced knowledge of Power BI, dashboard development and presentation preparation.
Ability to automate reports and improve reporting efficiency.
Experience handling and consolidating information from multiple data sources.
Strong capability to interpret data and translate findings into meaningful business insights.
Ability to develop customized reports, templates, dashboards and ad-hoc business analyses.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and evolving business requests in dynamic environments.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Statistics or a relevant business field, preferably master’s or MBA
At least 4–6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Commercial Analytics, Sales Planning, or related functions. Preferably with experience within FMCG and international trade.

Business Intelligence & Data Analytics – Ability to analyze complex trade, export, import, sales, and market data and translate it into actionable business insights for decision-making.
Power BI, Dashboarding & Reporting Automation – Advanced capability in developing dashboards, automated reports, data visualizations, and reporting solutions that improve business visibility and efficiency.
Commercial & Market Analysis – Ability to conduct importer-level, customer, category, competitor, and market trend analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.
Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership – Strong collaboration and communication skills to support Commercial Planning, Business Development Managers, Commercial Heads, and senior leadership with insights and recommendations.
Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking – Ability to consolidate data from multiple sources, identify trends and deviations, perform scenario analyses, and provide recommendations that support commercial and operational decision-making.
