We are seeking a results-driven Business Growth Consultant to drive revenue expansion, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships within the facility management sector. The ideal candidate will identify growth opportunities, enhance market presence, and develop strategies to scale operations and profitability

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Strategy

  • Identify new business opportunities in facility management services (hard & soft services).
  • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments.
  • Create strategic plans to expand into new sectors and geographies.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.

Revenue Growth & Performance

  • Achieve revenue targets and KPIs set by management.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Monitor sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.

Partnerships & Networking

  • Develop strategic alliances with vendors, contractors, and industry partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Operational Alignment

  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
  • Provide insights to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or consulting within facility management or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of facility management services (cleaning, maintenance, security, MEP, etc.).
