Business Growth Architect

Why this role exists

Most companies hire salespeople to sell. We're hiring someone to architect growth, and there's a difference. At Noema, we build AI products that change how businesses operate: AI readiness assessments, intelligent sales assistants, custom chat systems, and SaaS solutions. Selling these isn't about reciting features. It's about sitting with a client, understanding their business, and designing the path that takes them from where they are to where AI can get them. Part consultant, part engineer, part closer. We call this person a Business Growth Architect because that's genuinely the job: you diagnose, you design, you build the case, and you win the work.

What you'll do

Use our assessment tools with prospects and interpret the results in plain business language. Use our internal tools to generate tailored roadmaps for each client. Translate technical AI capability into outcomes a business owner cares about: revenue, cost, time, risk. Own conversations from first contact through proposal to signature. Feed what you learn in the field back to the product, development and marketing teams. Grow into a trusted advisor that clients call before they call anyone else.

Who we're looking for

This is a grow-into role. We're not expecting a finished product. We're looking for raw ability and the right instincts, and we'll train the rest. You'll do well here if you're genuinely curious about technology and can hold your own in a conversation about AI, software, or how systems fit together, can explain a complex idea to someone who isn't technical and enjoy doing it, have some spark of commercial instinct, are hungry to learn and coachable, and communicate clearly in English and Arabic, in writing and in person.

Advantages

Any exposure to sales, business development, or client-facing work. A technical background, degree, or self-taught project history. Familiarity with the UAE or wider Middle East market.
