Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Business Growth Analyst to support the company’s growth initiatives. This role focuses on analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and business performance data to identify opportunities for revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic expansion. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a data-driven approach to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis & Insights:
    • Analyze company performance data to identify growth opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
    • Evaluate customer segmentation, product performance, and sales channels to recommend growth strategies.
  • Growth Strategy Support:
    • Collaborate with business development, marketing, and product teams to support growth initiatives.
    • Assist in developing and implementing business strategies to increase revenue, market share, and customer engagement.
    • Monitor KPIs and track the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
  • Reporting & Presentation:
    • Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
    • Provide actionable insights based on quantitative and qualitative analysis.
    • Track and report progress against growth targets and business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work with finance, operations, marketing, and sales teams to align growth strategies with business objectives.
    • Support data-driven decision-making across departments.
    • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or growth analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
