Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to support the growth and expansion of our business. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines strong interpersonal skills, market research capabilities, and a proactive approach to generating leads and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth & Lead Generation:
    • Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
    • Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and industry research.
    • Qualify leads and maintain an organized pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
    • Serve as a point of contact for clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Sales Support & Strategy:
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute business development strategies.
    • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients.
    • Track and report on business development metrics and performance.
  • Market Research & Insights:
    • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions and business growth initiatives.
    • Stay updated on industry developments, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office; familiarity with digital sales tools is a plus.
