Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to enhance revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and execute campaigns.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Analyze customer feedback to refine the company’s service offerings.
  • Monitor industry developments to identify emerging market trends and opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and results to senior management.
  • Participate in networking activities to enhance organizational presence in the market.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations and objectives are met.
  • Implement new processes and strategies for continuous improvement in business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in business development or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
