Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define strategies for business growth.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from inception to closing deals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions.
  • Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue objectives.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with management to develop and execute the business development strategy.
  • Continuously improve professional knowledge and insights into the company's industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in sales or business development roles.
  • Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and influential demeanor.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market dynamics and competitive strategies.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software for sales and client management.
