Our client is a rapidly growing brokerage that is looking to strengthen their position in the MENA region.

They are seeking an experienced Business Development / Sales Manager with a strong background in the retail FX, commodities, and CFD brokerage space. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, expand the client base, and strengthen strategic partnerships. Youll also be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive business development, relationship management, and market expansion strategies.

Please note that only candidates coming from online/retail FX brokerages will be considered by the client.

Fluency In Arabic AND Urdu Is REQUIRED.

Strong working proficiency in English is also REQUIRED.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the client base and increase overall trading volume.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities with institutional clients, professional traders, IBs, and affiliates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to drive long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and market demand.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive developments, and areas for growth.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, onboarding, and account management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies when conducting business development activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the brand and develop new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with senior management to report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and market intelligence.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in FX, commodities, and/or CFD brokerage space - with a proven track record in BD/IB development.
  • Solid understanding of derivative products, trading platforms, and brokerage models.
  • Established network of institutional clients, introducing brokers, and affiliates.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and market research skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment while consistently meeting business development targets.
  • Strict adherence to regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements within the brokerage industry.
