Business Development Manager

As part of our continued international growth, Casale is currently looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Dubai team, with a specific focus on developing business opportunities across the African market.

The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, developing strategic relationships with customers and partners, and supporting the expansion of Casale's business in the region.

The position offers the opportunity to work in a highly international and multicultural environment, collaborating with teams across different countries and contributing directly to the company's growth strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyse the potential market for Casale’s technologies, products and services.
• Develop Casale’s business through new initiative aimed at increasing the company’s market share.
• Identify and develop new opportunities and strategies to drive sales and marketing activities.
• Provide market insights and feedbacks to Casale, keeping the company updated on future initiatives, plans and projects of customers and key market players.
• Provide information on market developments and competitors’ activities, including market share and sales strategies, and prepare related reports.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with the key decision-makers among new and existing customers, with the aim of increasing sales and market share.
• Participate in the major conferences and industry events within the assigned Territory.
• Assists the Area Manager in the negotiation and definition of contracts.
• 10 years of professional experience in a commercial and/or sales role.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development and commercial activities, with a strong focus on achieving sales and business targets.
• Strong understanding of the fertilizer and/or Oil & Gas markets, including industry trends, customer needs and commercial dynamics.
• Experience in developing and managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with customers and partners.
• Experience in the African market is considered a strong plus, particularly in the fertilizer, chemical or Oil & Gas sectors.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, partners and senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned markets.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic and/or French would be considered an advantage.
