Business Development Manager

Job Description

The Business Development Manager drives FRAMEX's overall growth strategy, identifying new market segments and franchise categories while providing advisory support to client brands. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on client engagement to expand FRAMEX's footprint and service offering.

Key Responsibilities

•      Identify and evaluate new market segments, franchise categories, and geographic expansion opportunities

•      Develop and execute business development strategies to grow FRAMEX's brand and investor pipeline

•      Provide general franchise and investment advisory services to client brands

•      Build relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry bodies

•      Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions

•      Collaborate with the Franchise Development and Investor Relations teams on cross-functional growth initiatives

•      Report on business development performance and pipeline to the executive team

Candidate Requirements

•      Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred

•      6+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or consulting

•      Strong strategic thinking with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities

•      Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

•      Experience in franchising, retail, or investment sectors is highly preferred

•      Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
