Business Development Manager

Overview

We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing storage and logistics company based in Dubai that provides self-storage, moving & packing, and business fulfilment services. As the business continues to expand, our client is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to acquire new clients and open up new markets across the UAE.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively hunt and acquire new clients across B2C and B2B segments, including individuals, SMEs, e-commerce, retail, and logistics businesses.

• Identify and develop new industry verticals, partnership opportunities, and sales channels.

• Lead negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

• Work warm inbound leads as an additional source of new business.

• Coordinate with the Client Manager on task assignment and account oversight.

• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate reporting through the CRM.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in business development or active B2B/B2C sales.

• Proven track record of independently sourcing and acquiring new clients, rather than primarily managing inbound leads.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

• Self-starter who can work independently without close supervision.

• Own car and valid UAE driving licence preferred.
