mazeed is a financial management platform that helps businesses automate accounting, simplify tax compliance, and stay ready for e-invoicing through a combination of localized software (SaaS) and Finance-as-a-Service (FaaS). We work with SMEs and growing companies across the GCC, enabling them to operate with clarity, control, and confidence.
We are building the infrastructure for the next phase of financial compliance and digital transformation in the region, with a strong focus on e-invoicing and scalable financial operations
Job Purpose
Drive business growth in the UAE by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, acquiring new clients, and expanding Mazeed's market presence. The role is responsible for managing the full business development cycle, developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving revenue and partnership targets.
Primary Responsibilities
Own the full business development and sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through to contract negotiation and closing.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot) to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
Identify, approach, and develop relationships with SME business owners, CFOs, finance leaders, and other key decision-makers.
Identify, negotiate, and activate strategic partnerships, including referral partners, resellers, technology partners, accounting firms, and business consultants.
Build, manage, and strengthen the existing partner ecosystem to generate new business opportunities and drive co-selling initiatives.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand Mazeed's presence across the UAE.
Identify new market opportunities through continuous market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
Prepare and present tailored business proposals, commercial offers, and partnership agreements that support mutual business growth.
Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts while ensuring alignment with Mazeed's commercial objectives and policies.
Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer portfolio.
Represent Mazeed at industry events, networking forums, exhibitions, and business communities to strengthen brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful market execution and communicate customer feedback.
Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to resellers and strategic partners to maximize their performance and product knowledge.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing regular insights and recommendations to leadership.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, sales, and partnership targets.
Work closely with the Head of Business Development on strategic initiatives, key accounts, and high-value partnership opportunities
