Qureos is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time position for a strategic thinker with a passion for forging new partnerships and driving business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and contributing directly to our company's expansion and success in the region.

Responsibilities

* Identify and research potential new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.
* Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
* Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company sales goals and expand our customer base.
* Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained and profitable growth.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to market expansion and service delivery.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies to inform business decisions.

Qualifications

* Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a relevant role.
* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
* A demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and business development objectives.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
* Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience working within the Dubai or wider UAE market is highly advantageous.
