Job Description

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Manager to join our digital printing and branding company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our services in digital printing, signage, branding, vehicle graphics, and 3M-related solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
  • Promote company services including digital printing, signage, events fitout and branding, vehicle graphics, stickers, wrapping, and 3M-related architectural solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Visit clients, government entities, contractors, consultants, and corporate offices to present company services.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to provide suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales offers.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending quotations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain proper records of client communications, visits, quotations, and sales activities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Support in tender submissions, vendor registrations, and government-related communication when required.
  • Represent the company professionally during meetings, site visits, and client discussions.

 

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous sales experience in digital printing, signage, advertising, branding, fit-out, or related industries is preferred.
  • Knowledge of 3M products, applications, and printing/signage solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong command of English is required; Arabic is an advantage, particularly for liaising with government entities.
  • Valid UAE driving license is required; candidates with their own car will be given preference.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Professional appearance and strong presentation skills.
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office and email communication.

 

Preferred Experience:

  • 2–4 years of sales experience in UAE market.
  • Existing client database or market connections in advertising, government entities, contractors, consultants, or corporate sectors is an advantage.
  • Experience dealing with government departments or semi-government entities is preferred.

 

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Number of new clients acquired.
  • Monthly sales achieved against target.
  • Number of client visits and follow-ups.
  • Quotation conversion rate.
  • Client retention and satisfaction.
  • Timely coordination with internal teams.
  • Accuracy of client requirements and project handover details.

 

Compensation:

Salary package will be discussed based on experience, skills, and market knowledge. Commission or performance-based incentives may be offered based on company policy.
