Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Manager with a valid UAE Driving Licence and own car to join our team and drive sales for our B2B Digital Media Platform (B2B Portal).

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online advertising, digital listings, and directory services with a proven ability to generate leads, build partnerships, and close deals with SMEs and enterprises.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new business clients to list on the B2B portal.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Promote premium listings, banner ads, lead generation packages, and other digital media services.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calls, field visits, networking, and industry events.
  • Conduct presentations and product demos for potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, content) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Keep updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Valid UAE Driving Licence (Mandatory)
  • Must own a car and be willing to travel across the UAE
  • 0-3 years of experience in B2B sales, digital advertising, or online media.
  • Familiarity with online directories.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with SMEs, local businesses, or regional enterprises.
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and online visibility tactics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
