Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Breathe Maintenance. You will be responsible for generating and converting new business opportunities, including onboarding maintenance contract clients, re-engaging existing databases, and driving reactive maintenance opportunities.


The role involves managing client communication across calls, WhatsApp, email, HubSpot, and meetings, while working closely with haus & haus teams to introduce Breathes services to homeowners and tenants during property handovers.


What Youll Do


  • Drive new business opportunities for Breathes maintenance contracts (MMAs).
  • Re-engage and nurture existing customer databases through calls, WhatsApp, email, and HubSpot campaigns.
  • Generate reactive maintenance opportunities and coordinate with the Operations team.
  • Build relationships with homeowners, landlords, tenants, property managers, and commercial clients.
  • Work closely with haus & haus teams to introduce Breathe services during property handovers.
  • Support a seamless move-in and after-sales experience for clients.
  • Conduct daily outbound business development activity.
  • Attend client meetings and site visits where required.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management within HubSpot.
  • Follow up quotations, proposals, and dormant opportunities.
  • Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the client base.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to improve customer experience and communication standards.


What Youll Need


  • Minimum 2+ years experience in business development, sales, account management, or a client-facing role.
  • Strong HubSpot CRM experience.
  • Proven experience generating opportunities through outbound activity.
  • Excellent communication skills across calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Strong relationship-building and objection-handling abilities.
  • Organised, proactive, commercially minded, and results-driven.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
  • Previous experience in maintenance, facilities management, real estate, or service-based industries is advantageous.
  • Someone who takes ownership, builds trust quickly, understands urgency and follow-up, and wants to contribute to a growing business.
