Business Development Manager (UAE & International)


The Role: A dual-threat BDM based in the UAE to drive local growth and lead our expansion into Western markets (UK/US/Europe). You are the bridge between regional relationship-building and global digital sales.


The Non-Negotiables:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in premium B2B services or SaaS.

  • Market Reach: Proven track record closing deals in the GCC and International markets.

  • Tech Stack: Expert-level CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • The Pivot: Ability to switch from high-context UAE business etiquette to direct, efficiency-focused international closing.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to final contract.

  • Architect a high-converting pipeline for global leads.

  • Represent the brand with professional wit and strategic intentionality.
