• o:Drive local manufacturing initiatives across priority markets, coordinating commercial, regulatory, and manufacturing input
• s.Track milestones, manage dependencies, and resolve execution delay
• s.Identify country-specific portfolio gaps and translate them into structured opportunity brief
• s.Align briefs with central business development for evaluation and sourcin
• g.Serve as the main interface between international markets and central business development, ensuring prioritization and pipeline alignmen
• t.Support early-stage coordination with manufacturers, out-licensing, and strategic partners, ensuring opportunities are execution-read

  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA/Master’s preferre
• d).5–8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry with exposure to international markets (MENA, Africa, Emerging Market
• s).Experience in market expansion, partnerships, portfolio planning, manufacturing projects, and distributor/multi-country portfoli
• os.Knowledge of pharmaceutical operating models, contract manufacturing, and technology transf
• er.Strong strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and ability to evaluate opportunities for fit, viability, and complexi
• ty.Proven ability to collaborate across functions, manage stakeholders, and influence without formal authori
