Job title: Business Development Manager – Forex Trading
& iGaming

About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven, commercially minded
Business Development Manager to
accelerate growth across the Forex trading and iGaming
markets. This is a revenue-focused,
high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in
fast-paced startup environments and is
passionate about building partnerships, opening new markets,
and driving measurable business
growth. This role requires strong knowledge of the
international regulatory landscape, affiliate and IB ecosystems, and a proven
ability to close high-value partnerships.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Revenue & Market Expansion
·
Identify, pursue, and close new business
opportunities across Forex and iGaming
verticals.
·
Drive client acquisition strategies to expand
global market presence.
·
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
aligned with company growth targets.
·
Build strong pipelines through networking,
industry events, and direct outreach.
Partnerships & Affiliate Growth
·
Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates,
Introducing Brokers (IBs), and white-label
partners.
·
Negotiate partnership structures, commission
models, and commercial agreements.
·
Build and maintain long-term strategic
relationships with high-value partners.
·
Monitor and optimize partner performance to
maximize revenue generation.
Regulatory & Compliance Alignment
·
Work closely with compliance and legal teams
regarding onboarding procedures, KYC
requirements, and partner due diligence.
·
Maintain awareness of regulatory updates
impacting Forex and iGaming operations in
the region.
Startup Growth & Cross-Team Collaboration
·
Collaborate with the company CEO to launch
acquisition campaigns and partner
promotions.
·
Provide market intelligence to product and
leadership teams.
·
Support new product launches and market
expansion initiatives.
·
Contribute to scaling business processes and
partnership frameworks.
What We Are Looking For
·
4-5 years of experience in business development,
sales, or partnership management within Forex, iGaming, fintech, or online
trading industries.
·
Strong network within affiliate, IB, or online
trading ecosystems.
·
Sollid understanding of trading platforms,
liquidity providers, or gaming affiliate models.
·
Proven track record of consistently exceeding
revenue or partnership targets.
·
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and
closing skills.
·
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work
in high-growth, performance-driven
environments.
·
Strong verbal and written communication skills
in English (C1 level or above); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
What Makes You Stand Out
·
Existing portfolio of partners, affiliates, or
IB relationships.
·
Experience launching new markets or scaling
early-stage products.
·
Strong understanding of CPA, revenue share, and
partnership models.
·
Demonstrated experience within financial
services, gaming, or digital asset/ cryptocurrency industry.
