Are you an enthusiastic and creative professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join the team in Dubai. The Role

As a Business Development Manager, youll play a crucial role in supporting the firms growth in the Middle East.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and intermediaries
• Devise and implement marketing campaigns to raise the firms profile
• Collaborate with lawyers to pursue new business opportunities
• Draft and implement business and marketing plans
• Manage regional legal directory submissions
• Oversee marketing events and manage budgets
• Work with the PR team to enhance the firms profile

The Candidate

The ideal candidate for the Business Development Manager role will have:

• Excellent relationship and team-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive and creative mindset with strong project management skills
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours when needed
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Over 5 years of marketing experience in a law firm or similar environment
• CIM qualifications or equivalent are highly desirable
