We are looking for: Business Development Manager + Public Relations Officer
We are looking for a BDM who:
Scales the market: Takes the initiative to actively attract new customers (B2B) and expand the geography of presence.
Builds partnerships: Establishes and develops long-term trust with key customers and partners.
Generates success: Becomes a key element of the companys strategic success by ensuring steady growth in sales and profits.
Main responsibilities:
Maintain and update the customer base, process incoming requests, and qualify them.
Managing the entire sales cycle: from initial contact to closing the deal.
Participating in the development and improvement of sales strategies.
Entering data and maintaining reports in the CRM system.
Participating in events to expand your network and search for new sales opportunities.
Constant interaction with the marketing department to increase sales.
Local customer support in the city.
Obtaining and delivering Emirates IDs, stamps, licenses, etc.
Traveling to submit/receive documents.
Assisting customers with opening corporate accounts.
Representing the company in banks, Free Zones, and government agencies.
We expect from you:
At least 2 years of B2B experience (in consulting, legal or accounting services, EMI, IT).
UAE drivers license, willingness to travel frequently.
Experience in negotiating and concluding deals with an average check of $5k.
Fluent English, intermediate Ukrainian or Russian, Arabic — a plus.
Experience in CRM (Nethunt/Bitrix/Zoho/Salesforce).
Understanding/experience in obtaining Emirates ID, opening accounts, registering companies.
Organization, responsibility, communication skills, and focus on results.
Ability to easily build professional relationships with clients and partners, ability to quickly build a network in any field.
Proactivity and constant generation of new connections in the industry, search for new sales opportunities.
Ability to analyze the market, latest trends, search for new products and opportunities for the company.
Experience in managing small teams is a plus.
