🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the real estate sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Present property options professionally to clients and guide them through the full sales cycle
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to create effective campaigns and lead-generation initiatives
- Attend property launches, training sessions, and networking events to represent the company
- Prepare regular sales reports and ensure CRM data accuracy
🎯 Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is an advantage
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
