Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in Security Operations to join our client in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in developing business within the security sector, building client relationships, and driving growth strategies in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in security operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and solutions to meet client requirements.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Business Development within the Security Operations sector.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE security market and local business environment.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
• Must be locally available in the UAE.
