Our Client:

Our client, a luxury holiday home company are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team based in Dubai, UAE.

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure premium properties for short-term rental
• Build and manage strong relationships with landlords, brokers, and developers
• Work independently to generate leads, pitch our services, and close deals
• Collaborate effectively with the marketing team—you won’t execute campaigns, but you must understand their process, strategy, and tools
  
  

Your Requirements:

• Proven success in business development within real estate, property management, or short term rentals
• Strong network within Dubai’s premium property market
• UAE driving license and access to a car (mandatory)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals—not to execute, but to effectively collaborate and align with the marketing team
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive attitude
