Key Responsibilities

• Create growth: Identify and qualify new business opportunities, decide where to focus, and build a clear path from first conversation to commercial result. 
• Understand customers: Meet prospects and partners, listen to their technical and commercial needs, and translate those needs into credible value propositions. 
• Shape options: Develop and present tailored business cases, commercial models and proposals that make choices clear for customers. 
• Strengthen the go-to-market approach: Track market signals, competitor activity and customer feedback, then turn what you learn into practical improvements. 
• Build trusted relationships: Create productive connections across customers, partners and internal teams, with transparent communication and reliable follow-through. 
• Show progress: Use agreed milestones and commercial indicators to make priorities, learning and results visible.

• Industry Background: At least 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development with background or familiarity with PV, PCS, BESS or related electrical/energy technologies.
• Education: Bachelor/master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
