Job Description

The Business Development Manager in Marketing and Advertising is a crucial role responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth within the organization.   • Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.

  • Monitor and report on business development activities and progress against targets.

  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, breakthroughs, and best practices.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff within the business development team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all business development activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development within marketing and advertising.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising principles and techniques.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • High level of self-motivation, enthusiasm, and determination to succeed.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools is required.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, to drive initiatives.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze and solve complex business problems.
