They are always curious, innovative & creative, looking for opportunities to develop & stretch profitability with limited resources. They are savvy relationship builders, with a keen business acumen. They are able to adapt their style to suit the situation -- sometimes they are hard negotiators, other times they are working in parallel with their external counterparts to achieve winning solutions for EVAI. They are excellent strategist, able pick & focus on their must-win battles. At the same time, they are ready to roll up their sleeves & get their hands dirty to ensure they exceed targets set. By the way, did we mention that our BDMs are generally over-achievers?

The role of the Business Development Manager is to manage distributors of the allocated market(s).
He/she is a key contributor to the topline and bottom-line growth of the zone and the business unit
He/she is responsible for building the joint business plan with the Distributor & pilot the excellence in execution. They are also responsible to work hand in hand with the distributor through to the customer level to maximize our business
