Job Role :Business Development Manager – IT Staff Augmentation & Outsourcing Services

Location: Dubai

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for our IT Staff Augmentation, Outsourcing, and Managed Services offerings in the GCC market. As an Oracle Partner, our organization delivers end-to-end technology solutions across enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT outsourcing, Oracle solutions, and managed services delivery models, with a solid network across public and private sectors in GCC.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities for:
  • IT Staff Augmentation (on-site/offshore)
  • IT Outsourcing & Managed Services
  • Oracle-based services and implementations
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Generate and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and proposals in collaboration with the pre-sales and delivery teams.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers (CIOs, IT Directors, HR Heads, Procurement Managers).
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to understand and deliver custom staffing and outsourcing solutions.
  • Leverage Oracle partnership credentials to create added value for clients.

Strategic Planning & Market Penetration

  • Execute go-to-market strategies tailored for the KSA region across sectors such as government, BFSI, telecom, energy, and healthcare.
  • Work closely with leadership to align business development efforts with company growth objectives.

Collaboration With Delivery Teams

  • Coordinate with internal recruitment, operations, and technical teams to ensure delivery capability aligns with client expectations.
  • Track and manage delivery performance and client satisfaction.

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings to enhance our value proposition.
  • Recommend new service offerings or delivery models based on local market needs.
  • Education:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 5+ years in business development or sales in IT staff augmentation, IT outsourcing, or managed services within KSA.
  • Proven track record of working with Oracle partners, system integrators, or technology consulting firms.
  • Experience in selling services to large enterprises, government, or semi-government entities.
  • Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of IT roles and technologies (developers, architects, project managers, ERP consultants, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP/Cloud solutions, licensing models, and implementation services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English is required;
  • Other Requirements:
  • Valid UAE driving license.
