Job Description
Drive revenue growth across the GCC by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with medium to large organizations
Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑suite executives, HR leaders, and key decision‑makers
Execute a consultative sales approach, positioning certification, benchmarking, and insight‑based solutions as strategic enablers
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure
Develop territory and account plans aligned with regional growth objectives
Partner closely with marketing and client success teams to ensure effective lead generation and long‑term client retention
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums across the GCC
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments impacting people practices in the region
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting through CRM tools
The Successful Applicant
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field
5+ years of proven business development or B2B sales experience, ideally within HR services, consulting, HR SaaS, or professional services
Strong understanding of HR, employer branding, people strategy, or organizational excellence topics
Demonstrated success selling to senior stakeholders and navigating complex buying environments
Experience working across GCC markets; regional cultural awareness is essential.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Willingness to travel within the GCC as required
