Job Description
Business Growth & Revenue Generation
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within enterprise, government, and education sectors
Drive demand for corporate training programs, digital learning solutions, and professional certifications
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Establish and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders (HR leaders, L&D heads, CXOs)
Understand client workforce development needs and align solutions accordingly
Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and tailored solutions to clients
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Partnership Development
Build strategic partnerships with local training providers, channel partners, and resellers
Collaborate with ecosystem partners to expand market reach
Develop joint go-to-market initiatives to accelerate growth
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs across GCC markets
Provide insights to shape product positioning and commercial strategy
Identify new verticals and emerging opportunities for expansion
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align on campaigns and offerings
Support localization of solutions for regional relevance
Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, events, and industry forums
The Successful Applicant
Experience
5-10 years of experience inB2B sales/business development, preferably in:
Corporate training / L&D solutions
Professional certifications
EdTech (corporate only) or skills development
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the GCC region
Skills & Competencies
Strong consultative selling and solution-oriented approach
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Deep understanding of enterprise learning, upskilling, and workforce transformation trends
Ability to operate independently in a regional, fast-paced environment
Strong presentation and communication skills
Regional Expertise
Solid network across GCC markets (excluding Saudi Arabia)
Understanding of cultural and business dynamics in UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain
Willingness to travel across the region as required
