Job Description

Business Growth & Revenue Generation

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within enterprise, government, and education sectors
  • Drive demand for corporate training programs, digital learning solutions, and professional certifications
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders (HR leaders, L&D heads, CXOs)
  • Understand client workforce development needs and align solutions accordingly
  • Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and tailored solutions to clients
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Partnership Development

  • Build strategic partnerships with local training providers, channel partners, and resellers
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to expand market reach
  • Develop joint go-to-market initiatives to accelerate growth

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs across GCC markets
  • Provide insights to shape product positioning and commercial strategy
  • Identify new verticals and emerging opportunities for expansion

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align on campaigns and offerings
  • Support localization of solutions for regional relevance
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, events, and industry forums

The Successful Applicant

Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience inB2B sales/business development, preferably in:
    • Corporate training / L&D solutions
    • Professional certifications
    • EdTech (corporate only) or skills development
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the GCC region
Skills & Competencies

  • Strong consultative selling and solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of enterprise learning, upskilling, and workforce transformation trends
  • Ability to operate independently in a regional, fast-paced environment
  • Strong presentation and communication skills

Regional Expertise

  • Solid network across GCC markets (excluding Saudi Arabia)
  • Understanding of cultural and business dynamics in UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain
  • Willingness to travel across the region as required
